Instructions for hugging

Hugs are pleasant sensations that we give when we wrap the silhouette of another body with our edges , they transmit warmth , comfort and harmony , as well as uniting us with what we love the most.

To give a hug you have to be in contact, it doesn't matter if it's from a distance, you don't need a specific reason either, with the mere intention it's enough. It is something very simple that does not need complicated preambles, it only requires putting aside shyness and seizing the right moment.

To give a hug, all you have to do is place your heart next to another as close as possible and once in position you must be silent, perceive the proportion , color , structure , smells and shapes - create the link -. Press towards you but do it gently , communicate without words that feeling that closeness transfers, do not leave blank spaces. It can happen for just an instant but if done correctly it will be very long lasting.

When you give a hug, by consensus you also receive it. Finally also let them hug you. Once the procedure is over, you may not feel an immediate reaction, but rest assured that your life will be better the more times you repeat this exercise.
